A few minutes of preparation prevents most of the problems we see. Run through this before collection:
Remove or secure loose gear, tools and aerials — anything that can move will move.
Note the true overall height including stacks, aerials and roof-mounted air conditioning.
Fold or remove mirrors where they extend beyond the body.
Leave roughly a quarter tank of fuel — enough to load and unload, not enough to add unnecessary weight.
Disconnect the battery on a non-runner, and tell us it is a non-runner when you book.
Have keys available at both ends, or arrange with us in advance if that is not possible.
